Codfish Tongues

Codfish tongues
Milk
Flour
Butter for frying
2 tbs. butter, browned
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Dip the codfish tongues in milk, dredge them in flour and fry them in butter. Stir the lemon juice into the browned butter, and pour over the fried codfish tongues. Sprinkle with parsley or chives.

(Editor's Note: we have no idea where one would find codfish tongues. Maybe you could ask your local fishmarket.)
